ServiceControl Inc., an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omni Technology Solutions, Inc. (1999) headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with regional offices in Germany and the United States.

ServiceControl provides Identity and Governance Administration (IGA) for delegated, non-privileged account-based user administration, account management, rich audit trail, enhanced security and compliance to on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Our IGA solutions help customers manage identity and access life cycles across multiple systems in their multi-system and multi-service environment.

Our unified management portal replaces the need to deal with multiple proprietary application management portals, providing secure and automated delegated account management and provisioning.  ServiceControl Workflow allows you to empower non-technical, LOB staff to participate in the approval workflow for account creation and application access.

Our solutions help medium to large enterprise clients secure access to on-premises and cloud applications (including Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange, on-premises AD and third-party SaaS applications) thereby improving operational efficiencies and decreasing security risks. This is achieved by allowing non-technical staff to receive authority to reset passwords, release intruder lockout, create accounts, create distribution lists, enable/disable accounts, manage group memberships and email distribution lists – across multiple cloud services and on-premises application – with a full audit trail – without the users requiring administrative access or elevated account privileges to the various systems.
